2. Hosting

This website is hosted by Railway Corporation (548 Market St PMB 68956, San Francisco, CA 94104, USA). When the site is accessed, the host processes technically necessary data to deliver the site and ensure its security and stability. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (legitimate interest in secure, efficient operation). Processing in third countries (USA) may occur; transfers are based on the EU Standard Contractual Clauses. A data processing agreement pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR is to be concluded with the host.

3. Server log files

When the site is accessed, information is automatically recorded in server log files (IP address, date and time, page accessed, referrer URL, browser type and operating system). This data serves technical delivery, security and error analysis and is not merged with other data sources. Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR.

4. Anonymous usage analytics and storing your choice

Optional usage analytics starts only after you actively allow it. You can choose “Necessary services only” or change and withdraw your choice at any time via “Open analytics settings” in the footer. Before consent, no analytics session identifier or analytics event is created or transmitted.

After consent, we use our own anonymous first-party usage analytics for the public website. The relevant browser tab receives a random session identifier in session storage, which is renewed after 30 minutes of inactivity. We record the time, requested path without URL parameters, language, device class (mobile/desktop), source and – where present – UTM source and UTM campaign, as well as selected interactions such as page views and CTA, phone, email, WhatsApp and booking clicks. The random identifier is used solely to understand page sequences within one session; there is no cross-device recognition.

The analytics database does not store names, email addresses, telephone numbers, message content, IP addresses, full referrer URLs, search terms, other URL parameters or activity in the customer portal. Detailed events are deleted after 360 days. Daily aggregated metrics may remain for long-term trend comparisons. The legal basis is your consent pursuant to Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR.

Where technically enabled, we also load Plausible Analytics (Plausible Insights OÜ, Estonia, EU) after the same consent. Plausible is used for aggregated reach measurement, does not use cross-device recognition and does not create personal profiles. It remains disabled without your consent.

5. Fonts

Fonts are served locally from our server. No connection to third-party servers (e.g. Google Fonts) is established, so no personal data is transmitted to third parties.

6. Contact and contact form

If you contact us by e-mail or via the contact form, we process your details (name, e-mail address, optionally company, and the message content) solely to handle your request. Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) (b) and (f) GDPR. For the technical delivery of messages submitted through the contact form we use the service Resend (Resend, Inc., USA) as a processor; transfers to the USA are based on the EU Standard Contractual Clauses, and a data processing agreement pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR is to be concluded. The data is deleted once it is no longer required and no statutory retention obligations apply.

7. Booking (Cal.com)

For booking an introductory call we may link to the external service Cal.com (Cal.com, Inc.). Cal.com content is not loaded on this website without your action. Only when you actively click the booking link are you forwarded to Cal.com; your data is then processed there in accordance with Cal.com's privacy policy.

8. Your rights

You have the right to access (Art. 15 GDPR), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and to object (Art. 21 GDPR). You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.

9. SSL/TLS encryption

For security reasons this site uses SSL/TLS encryption, recognizable by "https://" and the lock icon in your browser.
