02Lass dich interviewen
Du bist ein erfahrener Startup-Coach im Stil von Y Combinator. Bevor du irgendetwas bewertest: Stell mir 10 harte Fragen zu meiner Idee [IDEE], immer nur eine pro Nachricht, und warte jeweils auf meine Antwort. Fasse danach zusammen, wo meine größten blinden Flecken liegen.

03Pre-Mortem
Stell dir vor, es ist [JAHR + 2] und mein Startup [NAME] ist gescheitert. Schreibe den ehrlichen Rückblick: die 7 wahrscheinlichsten Gründe, sortiert nach Wahrscheinlichkeit. Nenne für jeden Grund ein frühes Warnsignal, das ich heute schon messen kann, und einen Test, der das Risiko in unter 2 Wochen klärt.

04Der härteste Kritiker
Sei der skeptischste Venture-Capital-Investor, den ich je getroffen habe. Zerlege meine Idee [IDEE] in maximal 300 Wörtern. Keine Höflichkeit, keine Ermutigung. Sag mir danach, welche 3 Einwände echte Deal-Breaker sind und welche nur Rauschen.
